Inspite of how you feel you have to press past and be who God called you to be. Eboni p. &kristi

Each day that you awake, you are granted a fresh start. Some days you will find yourself wondering if you really want to take advantage of the new day, especially when you are feeling misunderstood, depressed, lonely, doubtful, full of anxiety, etc. These are all feelings we deal with in the world today. People will make you feel like you are crazy if you have any of these feelings. I am here to tell you that you are not crazy; you are human. Matthew 26:41b says, “The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak”. I know at times, life and situations make you feel like Job’s wife where you want to curse God and die (Job 2:9). But, I am here to encourage you to press past how you feel and walk in who you are. Everything the devil tells you that you are not, hit him back with who and what God says you are. In the words of my Bishop, “we have to go through it and get out of it, not stay in it.” So don't let what you are feeling hinder you from sharing who you are with the world. You have a purpose for which God has designed you. So go through with a praise because in spite of how you feel, someone is depending on you. When you feel like you can't take it anymore, remember Romans 8:37, it will give you strength.

How do I feel? - Tired - Hurt - Overwhelmed - Angry - Fearful - Unappreciated - Forgotten - Lost - Dark - Closed - Mistaken - Oppressed - Hidden ...and there are many more! Yes, as believers we find ourselves feeling as listed or in some cases a MILLION different ways within the allotted time of the day. So, you wonder, how do I walk in who I am (who God has called me to only be) in spite of how I feel (or the troubles I may currently face), you do just that Y O U W A L K! Chile, God has created you in His image (Genesis 1:26-27). He has created us to resemble Him in all we do, so WALK like it! Don’t be afraid, you have POWER, STRENGTH, COMPASSION, DETERMINATION, AND MIGHT just to name a few running through your DNA. Activate it! How do you do it? “Seek ye first the kingdom of God...” Matthew 6:33 Knowing the real you lightens the burden of finding it hard to walk in spite of how you feel. Remember whenever the enemy tries to attack your mind, be girded with the whole armor of the Lord Ephesians 6:11. Girdle yourself with all that is needed to fight off the enemy who wants to impact your thoughts with negativity. Remember who you are and most importantly WHOSE you are. When we realize the precious DNA flowing through our blood we can definitely and confidently walk in who we are, without a shadow of a doubt.
