Keeping the Faith through the Storms

  1. Keeping the faith through the storms is sometimes easier said than done. But what we have to do is keep our eyes on God. Even with the shakeness and us "not being in control we have to stand strong on our faith. like for instance me being born with Cerebral Palsy as I got older I question God about why did it have to be me I asked him to take this disadvantage away from me because I wanted to be quote on quote normal like everybody else but what I didn't realize is that God was my strength through my adversity I kept looking at my situation as a storm not realizing that god was right with me telling me I will be your strength I will help you I will hold you up with my righteous right hand like it says and Isaiah 41 and 10. it said me 34 years to get to this place of being able to keep my faith during the storms my disability was such a storm for me that I wouldn't allow myself to experience life in the moment the moment I put my eyes back on God like Peter did when he was walking on that water me walking through life became so much more easier so whatever your storm is financial a broken hard not understanding where you are in life not understanding your purpose keep trusting God keep your eyes on him and remember the words that he spoke and Isaiah 41 and 10 he is your strength he will hold you up as long as you do not take your eyes off God while you're going through there is no way you will not be able to get through the storm put your raincoat on keep your faith through the storms because it's going to be a rainbow at the end and your storm is going to encourage someone else to go through their rainstorm and when we all go through something it is to help us grow and help someone else grow when Peter stop listening to the others opinions he put his eyes on God he was able to walk on water when we stop focusing on other people's opinions and thoughts of our storms and our growth process we might Shake we might we will we might wobble but we won't fall down because keeping your faith through the storm is also growing your faith and showing God that you can be trusted don't let the storms of life Knock You Down use your storms use your trials and tribulations to grow your faith and encourage yourself and others the lives we live are just not for us.
